What's Happening at Saunders

At Saunders Volunteer Fire Department we have lots going on. Our team of volunteers are working hard to show our pride for our department. We have a new sign on the front of our building, a nice new big flag to fly, new bollards to dress up the firehouse and our new bulbs at our road sign. 4 PM Burning Law
Virginia Department of Forestry, February 20
Virginia’s 4 PM Burning Law is in effect from February 15 through April 30 each year. It is important to note that some localities may have even more restrictive regulations on outdoor burning than the state’s 4 PM Burning Law. All burners are encouraged to check with their locality before starting any outdoor burning.
